Used for cleaning and anti-oxidation treatment of fruits and vegetables, the cleaning and color-protecting production line is composed of the connected fresh food cleaning machine and fresh food soaking machine. The food materials are fully soaked evenly after cleaning to avoid being exposed to the air directly and oxidating,

to protect the fresh and original color of food materials. Programmed control enables intelligent and batch cleaning and color-protecting treatment. Pouring the food materials consistently into the fresh food cleaning machine for cleaning. After that, the food materials are conveyed to the fresh food preserving machine for the anti-oxidation treatment.

After soaking, the machine can be directly connected to the production line for the next process.
